Fine views and warm vibes

Our large apartment offered a amazing mountain view from the balcony. The staff were helpful, and the nearby all-you-can-eat Japanese buffet was a treat!

We had a fairly good bedroom.

The location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from an award-winning museum. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with all equipments and different smaller apartment than ordered, as example as expected. All the employees were excellent and outstandingly accommodating: D

Booked large apartment with even a dishwasher. A safe, a sofa bed, and central heating were appreciated. Good location, it was close to a bus station. Cafe Breakfast Club located 1 km away was a nice surprise

Superfriendly people that welcomes you in.

First, the check-in process was chaotic, taking far too long due to a malfunctioning keycard machine. I found disgusting silverfish insects near the walls, made me hesitant to use the kitchen. Lastly, the noise from the uncomfortable bed was unbearable, severely affecting my sleep quality.

The location was marvellous close to transport. The personal was very friendly and excellent.

Good location, within walking distance of everywhere. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a safe, television and a microwave oven in the room.

The room quality impressed me with its spaciousness and comfort. I appreciated the comfortable beds, and the kitchenette had adequate equipment for basic cooking. A lovely touch was the view from the balcony, where the mountains provided a fine backdrop. The dining space felt a bit cramped for a family of five, lacking enough room for everyone to gather comfortably. I found the presence of stained carpets in the corridor a bit off-putting, which decreased the overall appeal of the hotel's common areas. It would have been beneficial to have additional towels and dishwashing supplies, especially since cleaning occurs only once a week. Clearer instructions on accessing public transport and wifi would have enhanced my stay further.

We enjoyed the comfy beds and modern vibe, but the small space felt cramped at times and the sink faucet was a bit loose. Was good, though.

Just a fitting option for a brief pit stop in Innsbruck with good value for price. The room was spacious enough, nice. Don't expect much kitchen gear if you plan on cooking.

Room was super cozy with a full kitchen and a nice balcony. The view of the mountains was amazing!

The medium apartment beautiful was bright with a small kitchen. Super close to a bus stop , made traveling around easy.

the laundry access wasn't convenient.

The large apartment had a cozy patio for morning coffee, good cooking utensils, and a full kitchen which was awesome.
